Mathew (dad) and Michael (son) have enjoyed cooking together since Michael first expressed interest at 5 years old.
Mathew has studied techniques and recipes from around the world in his spare time for most of his adulthood. Additionally, he has worked in a variety of food service positions before becoming a father and beginning his career as a teacher.
In addition to cooking, Michael enjoys playing baseball, football, and practicing basketball with his two older brothers. He also enjoys reading and talking with his mom.

Our Journey
Growing up watching my dad cook, I learned to love experimenting with food, flavor, and technique. When my own son expressed interest in learning, we jumped right in. Michael loves trying new things in the kitchen and I hope it is a passion that continues to grow with him until he has his own family one day.
After many people started asking for our recipe's, we decided to start posing them online for others to learn along with us. We hope your passion for cooking is able to grow along with ours!
