Ingredients
1 (28 oz) bag cut, ready-to-use fresh green beans
Olive oil, for drizzling
6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
½ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup raw sliced almonds
Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Extra soy sauce and sesame oil, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Lightly drizzle a large baking sheet with olive oil.
Spread the green beans in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Drizzle the green beans with a little more olive oil, then season with:
Salt
Black pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Dried oregano
Add the sliced garlic and toss everything together until evenly coated.
Drizzle the green beans with the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing again to distribute the flavors.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the raw sliced almonds evenly over the green beans.
Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the green beans are tender-crisp and the almonds are lightly toasted.
Transfer to a serving dish. If desired, drizzle with a little extra soy sauce and sesame oil and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
